Join us for a deeply relaxing session designed to reset your nervous system. This practice is all about comfort. We’ll begin with a few calming stretches to settle in, and then transition seamlessly into the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra guided by my voice. Come as you are, let go, and enjoy the ultimate relaxation.
Setting up your Yoga Nidra Nest:
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can lie down on the floor without interruptions.
A yoga mat perhaps.. Bring a cushion to support your head and a blanket to keep you warm and cosy.
Earphones
Anything that will help you relax deeply... eye cover, hot water bottle etc...
